1. Appointment Scheduling
   All appointments, including virtual consultations, must be booked in advance. Availability is subject to the clinic’s schedule.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Virtual Consultations
   Virtual consultations are for preliminary advice only. Final diagnosis and treatment may require an in-clinic visit.

4. Confidentiality
   All patient information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Payment Terms
   Payment must be made in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. For online consultations, pre-payment is required.

6. Medical Responsibility
   Patients must provide accurate medical history and dental concerns. Smaya’s Dento Care is not liable for complications arising from incomplete or false information.

7. Treatment Disclaimer
   Results may vary depending on individual cases. No guarantees are made regarding treatment outcomes.

8. Right to Refuse Service
   Smaya’s Dento Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if deemed necessary for safety or ethical reasons.
